THE CASE FOR:
Though it is possible for anyone to understand anything, confounding forces within people prevent perfect communication and understanding. That is why sound spiritual education along side other forms of education is critical.
We all see trough filters that often prevent us from perceiving events perfectly. Filters also prevent us from acting out our true desires. We all have internal defense mechanisms that act as additional filters to protect us from psychological damage. They also prevent an accurate discernment and reading of other people. For example, if an insecure supervisor has a poor aptitude for numbers, then by way of defense, he may find fault with an analyst’s technical presentation. That will help him avoid confronting his own ineptitude with numbers but not for long.
People who have the poverty of basic life skills are natural fault finders but this game of deception end up consuming them first because it is not really helpful trying to cover anything. Revealing the way people behave and why they do. People skill and emotional intelligence acquisition:
Trained entrepreneurial faith believers have a chance to affect assumptions, the belief we hold about the way the world or other people or ourselves should or ought to be. The assumptions make up our value system. Listed in order of ease of accessibility, assumptions include:
Expectations
Beliefs
Values
Expectations and to some extent beliefs can be charged through clear management intent and action! Values are deeply held assumptions that may be altered, if at all, only in time.
We love to present people with an opportunity to express their creativity and talent. Our goal is to present people with the same opportunity to express themselves! Generally, we place high value on creativity and freedom. Wellspring, goal the same. The human element precede behavior is motivated by the urge to satisfy needs.
Our goal with people is congruent or equivalent because we are all aiming at the same thing. This assures that the desired behaviour is produced. Goal congruent among the individuals of a ministry or an organization makes the group productive. Goal the same is our good phrase-it sounds great and t is in fact meaningful to us and to you too! That creativity process requires that we learn to tolerate the trial and error that is a part of the creative process. Because staff failures in most work places of work is often met with firing and ridicule, we have an advantage because our team and those we train would understandably know how to be slow to comply with wishes. The way out is to reward creative behaviours consistently.
The bottom-line is that understanding a bit of discernment is useful if we wish to impact, motivate and pull people towards their calling and passion....more
